And pancakes certainly are one of them. Our pancakes are cooked the traditional way on an open fire using only the few best ingredients. We invite you to share the fireside with us and enjoy the modest yet glorious taste of Finnish pancakes crowned with sweet jam. If you want you get to cook your own pancake under the gentle guidance of our wilderness guide. Traditional kettle coffee/tea with necessary condiments is naturally also served. And btw, our coffee is the best we know for being made with fire, because we developed it ourselves!
